Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology with a proven track record of shipping products from concept to launch.
• Hybrid role blending product management and software engineering with a strong product mindset.
• AI/ML expertise in NLP, predictive modeling, or generative AI, especially in Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets processes, including ECM deal execution and financing workflows, and AI agents.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in agile environments.
• Ability to discuss architecture and code with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for Capital Markets AI tooling.
• Drive the roadmap with features, epics, and user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers focused on Capital Markets solutions.
