Job summary
Leadtech Group and MAU AI-LAB are seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to build a multiplatform AI-powered document system serving hundreds of thousands of users monthly. You will own features end-to-end across React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL, while designing agentic AI workflows.
You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the roadmap, instrument features, and move quickly with quality.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team.
- Strong balance of speed with quality in shipping features.
- Proficiency in Python for rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system from idea to production.
- Own features end-to-end with React frontends and Node.js backends.
- Instrument features, measure impact, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows; integrate LLMs via prompts, tool calling, and function execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Build automation pipelines and connect with external APIs, webhooks, and cloud services on GCP.
