Qualifications

• You've owned a product before and made the calls that shaped it.
• Track record of building complex systems from scratch, with decisions explained.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and daily use of AI tools (Claude/Cursor-native).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product decisions for production agentic systems in a regulated space.
• Define system design across the product, including Epic integration, and auth pipelines.
• Set and track standards, delivery cadence, and roadmaps tied to milestones.
