Job summary

Cityblock Health, Inc. is seeking a full-stack product engineer to take an AI-native idea from prototype to production in a regulated healthcare product.

You will own system design, LLM/SDK integration, evals, and UX, embedding with product, design, and clinical operations. You will work on features that balance autonomy and human-in-the-loop safety, building observability and rigorous evaluation around AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with shipping software.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or SDKs into products.
• Strong product sense and focus on measurable value.
• Comfort turning ambiguous ideas into concrete features.

Responsibilities

• Implement full-stack features that integrate LLM APIs/SDKs.
• Own end-to-end design, integration, evals, and UX.
• Build observability and evals to measure quality.
• Improve prototyping loop and evaluation discipline.
• Prototype with real users early and harden successful ones.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical operations.
• Partner with data teams for grounded context.
