Qualifications

Experience turning complex data into clear visuals.
Proven track record shipping software used by customers.
Experience designing with AI-enabled workflows.
Understanding of agentic AI concepts can guide design decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape new features with PM and engineering in six-week cycles.
Design how Nucleus takes action for advisors and communicates progress.
Turn topics like investment risk and portfolio analysis into visuals.
Build reusable design components, patterns, and documentation for consistency.
Prototype early with AI-powered tooling and rapid iteration (Figma, v0, Claude, Devin).
Collaborate closely with engineering during implementation to ensure quality.
Share learnings and create reusable AI workflows to improve speed and quality.
