Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design of repayments experiences across mobile and web. You will shape AI-enabled research, prototyping, validation, and delivery within Product Design and cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance to deploy responsible AI tooling, scale workflows, and deliver high-quality user experiences. Remote-first for US-based employees with optional NYC office work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing at scale in product, UX, or interaction design.
• Experience working on complex, multi-product ecosystems with cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to frame work within long-term product strategy while independently owning execution.
• Strong ability to interpret metrics and make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of product enhancements across repayments on app and web.
• Define how AI is used to research, prototype, validate, ship and scale experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption.
• Document complex user journeys and onboarding AI-enabled workflows.
