Job summary

Gen is seeking a Principal Product Designer, AI & Innovation, to lead end-to-end design for the Norton Neo and related browser-based experiences. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape AI-powered experiences and establish scalable design patterns across the portfolio.

You’ll mentor other designers, drive high-quality outcomes, and contribute to a user-centric design culture while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate momentum.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product/UX design with shipped consumer web or software products.
• Proven ability to design for AI-powered, browser-based experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impact across strategy, UX, interaction, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for high-impact AI & Innovation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for AI-powered browsers and agentic apps.
• Shape reusable design patterns and a shared design language across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn complex opportunities into polished experiences.
• Maintain consistency with Gen's design system while evolving patterns for AI-first interactions.
