Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Engineering and Solutions to lead client workstreams delivering enterprise AI, data, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients. You will connect business needs with architecture and engineering decisions, overseeing delivery and contributing to solution development.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape proposals, and drive trusted outcomes. The role requires leadership, strong PM skills, and travel flexibility to meet client and project

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology consulting or AI engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams or large workstreams.
• Knowledge of generative AI, ML, MLOps, governance.
• Cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong PM, communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from design to adoption.
• Translate objectives into requirements, target designs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting.
• Support proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
• Coach team members and foster inclusive, high-performing culture.
