• Ability to balance risk with practical, principled guidance

• Experience counsel on enterprise software or AI products

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic legal partner to teams building ChatGPT business products and APIs
• Advise on product design, data governance, identity and access, and enterprise features
• Counsel on deploying frontier AI capabilities responsibly with regard to safety, security, and privacy
• Support partnerships, distribution arrangements, including cloud platforms and resellers
• Work with cross-functional teams on customer commitments, product terms, and regulatory requirements
