ShipBob is seeking a Senior AI Product Builder to own the full product loop for the PIX domain, from discovery and story/specs to prototype and production PRs, focused on delivering measurable outcomes for merchants.

You will work in an AI-native pod with engineers, use tools like Claude Code and Driver.ai to translate specs into working code, and drive data quality for catalog, inventory, and channel sync across the ShipBob network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product engineering with hands-on AI tool usage.
• Ability to write story/specs that AI tools can act on directly — not narrative PRDs.
• Technical fluency: read data models, evaluate API contracts, and align AI-generated code.
• Track record of shipping prototypes or production code, not just mockups.
• Strong ownership: define success metrics and kill thresholds at spec time.
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or e‑commerce tech.
• Comfortable in a fail-fast culture and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication: specs, not meeting notes.

Responsabilités

• Own the full product loop end-to-end: discovery, story/spec, prototype, production PR, and outcomes.
• Own the product catalog and inventory data surface end-to-end: SKUs, variants, bundles, and channel sync.
• Run customer discovery; synthesize research from tickets, interviews, and data.
• Demonstrate deep domain knowledge; demo to merchants and partners.
• Use AI tools to analyze metrics, surface anomalies, and define kill thresholds.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact × speed and synthesize market signals.
• Assess architectural fit and write clear story/specs before AI-generated code reviews.
• Lead prototype-to-PR flow with high-quality spec documentation and reviews.
• Define day-7 rollout/kill decisions based on AI-surfaced data.
• Collaborate in architecture reviews with Engineering as the decision maker.
