ShipBob seeks a Senior AI Product Builder to own the full product loop for PIX—discovery, specs, prototypes, and production PRs—accelerated by AI tools. You will manage the catalog and inventory data surface, define data contracts, and measure data quality adoption across the merchant network.

You will run user discovery, demonstrate deep domain knowledge, and collaborate with engineers to ship AI-augmented prototypes and data-driven roadmaps in a fast, fail-fast culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience with hands-on AI tooling.
• Proven ability to write story/specs that AI tools can act on directly — state machines, business rules, data contracts.
• Technical fluency: read data models, evaluate API contracts, spot AI-generated code deviations.
• Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code, not just mockups.
• Strong outcome ownership: define success metrics and kill thresholds at spec time.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full product loop end-to-end: discovery → story/spec → prototype → production PR → outcome measurement.
• Own the product catalog and inventory data surface end-to-end: SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, channel sync.
• Run customer discovery yourself; synthesize research from tickets, interviews, behavioral data, and competitive signals.
• Demonstrate deep functional and technical knowledge of PIX end-to-end; demo to merchants and partners.
• Use AI tools to analyze product metrics, identify usage patterns, surface anomalies; define kill thresholds at spec time.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact × speed; synthesize competitive intelligence into strategy.
• Evaluate solution fit with ShipBob’s architecture and data contracts; understand API usage implications.
• Route changes through prototype-then-PR; write clear specs and review AI-generated code.
• Set experiment hypotheses with explicit kill thresholds; decide rollout/kill on data after day 7.
• Participate in architecture reviews with Engineering as the product judgment seat.
