ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Senior AI Product Builder to own the full product loop from discovery to production PR, focusing on product and inventory experiences (PIX) that drive merchant value and data quality.

You will operate in an AI-native pod with engineers, shaping data contracts, SKUs, and channel sync while delivering AI-augmented prototypes and production-ready code. You’ll use AI toolchains to read data models, generate specs, and validate AI-generated code against ShipBob’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience with hands-on AI tool usage.
• Proven ability to write story/specs that AI tools can act on directly—state machines, business rules, data contracts, edge cases.
• Technical fluency: read a data model, evaluate an API contract, identify AI-generated code divergence from architecture.
• Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code, not just mockups or slides.
• Strong outcome ownership: defines success metrics and kill thresholds at spec time and tracks post-launch.

Responsabilités

• Own the full product loop end-to-end: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec, prototype, production PR, and outcome measurement.
• Own the product catalog and inventory data surface end-to-end: SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, and channel sync.
• Run customer discovery yourself; synthesize research across tickets, interviews, behavioral data, and competitive signals.
• Demo products to merchants and partners; understand competitive landscape and differentiators.
• Use AI tools to analyze product metrics, identify usage patterns, and surface anomalies with kill thresholds defined at spec time.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact × speed; synthesize competitive intelligence and market trends.
