Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager Builder to join a forward-deployed Builder Pod, turning laborious workflows into governed, agent-assisted experiences.

You will collaborate with a Tech Builder to prototype live workflows, define evaluation strategies, and measure business impact across Mobility, Payments, and Benefits. This is a hands-on role focused on end-to-end delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years shipping software or AI products to production.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, retrieval/grounding, tool calling.
• Prototyping with AI tools and low-code platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own problem definition, user outcomes, and value cases.
• Prototype and test agent behaviors, prompts, tool calls.
• Define evaluation criteria and monitor production metrics.
• Partner with a Tech Builder for scalable architecture.
