Stripe is seeking a Senior SD Manager to lead a growing AI-enabled Sales Development team in the US. You will coach managers and SDRs, partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and enablement to craft scalable processes and playbooks.

You’ll own forecasting, pipeline quality, and cross-functional alignment to drive multi-quarter growth. The role demands strategic vision, operational rigor, and a passion for startup-like innovation in a large fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Sales Development, Inside Sales, or lead qualification teams.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and execute an AI-powered strategic vision for Startup, SMB, Commercial segments with inbound and outbound workflows.
• Influence and execute AI-powered, human-in-the-loop workflows that evolve over time.
• Manage a growing team including 5 Managers and 50+ SDRs, reporting to Head of AMER.
• Be accountable for Sales Development qualified pipeline and business outcomes.
• Drive operating cadence with data and rigorous execution.
• Develop and mentor managers who build high-performing teams with succession plans.
• Partner with regional segment leadership to shape growth strategies.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Champion Salesforce hygiene, data integrity, and actionable metrics.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Product Marketing.
• Attract and retain top talent; coach SDRs to become future leaders.
• Inspire career growth and pilot new processes and tools.
