EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead S2P technology programs on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will craft target architecture, guide delivery across multi-country programs, and balance procurement and IT priorities with strong executive sponsorship.

The role requires proven leadership, architectural judgment, and experience guiding complex transformations end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP platforms, including their capabilities, integration patterns and AI-enabled features.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on complex ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including solution strategies, estimates, roadmaps, proposals and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, from process owners to C-suite sponsors.
• Demonstrated people leadership with coaching, performance management and accountability for delivery and sales goals.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture and roadmaps.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current- and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, invoicing and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint, including data migration, master data, reporting and controls.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and risk management.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs to avoid excessive customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing and adoption with governance and risk controls.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, architects and specialists, contributing to sales and account growth.
