Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead S2P technology transformations across ZIP/GEP platforms. You will work with procurement and IT executives to translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps, drive global programs, and mentor teams.

The role requires deep S2P and platform knowledge, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to operate across regions while managing commercial outcomes. Hybrid in-person work up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on complex ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including solution strategies, estimates, roadmaps, proposals and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, from process owners and architects to C-suite sponsors.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including team development, performance coaching, resource management and accountability for delivery and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of complex, AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case, roadmap and delivery model.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake to analytics, including onboarding, sourcing, contracting and invoicing.
• Define the solution blueprint, including configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting and controls.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making, automation and insights.
• Facilitate design authority and architecture governance, manage trade-offs and prevent over-customization.
• Lead programs through mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance across regions.
