Job summary

EY's Procurement practice seeks a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to guide ZIP and GEP transformations across global programs. You will translate business priorities into scalable architectures and manage end-to-end delivery from pursuit through value realization.

The role requires deep S2P and platform knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with procurement and IT leadership, often working on-site or at client locations up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations and controls.
• Expertise with ZIP and/or GEP platforms and AI-enabled features.
• Experience leading multi-cycle ZIP/GEP implementations and complex procurement transformations.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver global procurement programs across regions and systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits: strategy, estimates, roadmaps and client workshops.
• Strong communication with procurement and IT stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Demonstrated people leadership and accountability for delivery and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, strategy, estimation, proposals and executive presentations for digital procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP across the S2P lifecycle.
• Oversee current- and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, invoicing and analytics.
• Define solution blueprint including integration, data migration, security and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to enhance user experience, decision-making and controls.
• Facilitate architecture governance and prevent unnecessary customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, test, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
• Mentor managers, architects and specialists; contribute to sales and pipeline.
