Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager — Applied AI to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered products in a dynamic, product-led environment. You will shape AI features, collaborate with engineering and data teams, and mentor other PMs while ensuring high-value outcomes for clients.

Based in New York with remote work options for NYC, you will influence stakeholders up to VP level and drive lifecycle governance across AI-enabled product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, end-to-end ownership across multiple products.
• Experience delivering or improving AI-powered products or features.
• Strong strategy, vision and roadmap skills with AI focus.
• Experience owning backlogs, releases and cross-product dependencies.
• Ability to influence VP level stakeholders and lead launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products.
• Define requirements and success criteria for AI features with guardrails.
• Identify AI opportunities across product, CX and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams.
• Mentor Product Managers and raise the team's AI capability.
