Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Junior-to-mid-level AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve developer productivity. This role collaborates with software engineers, DevOps, and leadership to transform workflows using Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation.

You will prototype AI solutions, integrate them into development tools, and build scalable AI services that can be used across large engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years software/AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD.
• Familiar with cloud, containers, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into software tools and workflows.
• Develop apps using LLMs, RAG, agents, and vector databases.
• Build AI-powered assistants to aid code understanding and testing.
• Design agentic workflows and evaluate models for accuracy and cost.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to deploy AI services.
