Qualifications

Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis required.
Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned with growth objectives and measurable impact.
Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and priorities.
Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Identifies, prioritizes, and implements AI use cases with business leaders.
Monitors progress, tracks outcomes, and embeds continuous improvement in transformation efforts.
