- Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/applications knowledge preferred.
- Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
- Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
- Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
- Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
