Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building and operating high-scale backend services.
• Experience shipping Gen AI and agentic systems to production.
• Familiarity with cloud-native microservices and data streaming.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and human-in-the-loop reviews.
