Job summary

Wisdom AI is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the first responder for key customers, debugging data schemas and API integrations while translating business logic into technical configurations. You’ll work within Slack and Pylon to deliver real-time, white-glove support as an extension of the customer’s team.

Core duties include troubleshooting data connectivity (Snowflake/BigQuery), advanced data modeling, GraphQL API setups, and managing tickets from Slack messages to engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Slack-based support via dedicated channels.
• Triage issues, maintain fast response times and ensure no ping is unanswered.
• Troubleshoot data connectivity, permissions, and connections.
• Assist with API integrations and GraphQL setups.
• Own ticket lifecycle from Slack message to engineering resolution.
• Conduct live consultations and turn resolutions into self-service guides.
