Wells Fargo’s EFT Group seeks a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to lead AI-enabled platform reliability across enterprise Risk, Audit and Finance technology. You will drive SRE adoption, design scalable AI/gov platforms, and mentor senior engineers, ensuring secure, observable, and highly available systems.

The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, automation, and governance, with hybrid work expectations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise observability, monitoring, and reliability solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies.
• 3+ years of experience implementing SRE practices, automation, incident management, and operational excellence capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior technical authority for AI Engineering, SRE, AIOps, and enterprise platform reliability initiatives.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, governed AI and platform engineering solutions.
• Drive adoption of SRE principles, observability, logging, and incident management across the enterprise.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Translate business objectives into scalable engineering roadmaps and solutions.
