Job summary

Netomi is seeking a Senior Technical PM to own the product strategy and roadmap for our Agents platform. You will decide what we build and why, tying investments to enterprise outcomes and delivering capabilities to top brands.

You will work hands-on with AI labs, design evaluations, run experiments, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, research, data science, QA and go-to-market to ship and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of deeply technical product ownership experience.
• Proven ownership of a complex technical product area with measurable business results.
• Excellent communicator who can align engineering, research and go-to-market teams.
• Customer-first: translate enterprise needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Agents platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, Success, Delivery and Sales to define high-value problems.
• Work with AI labs to evaluate models, design experiments and provide feedback.
• Define PRDs, user stories, success metrics and dependency maps.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and launch readiness across teams.
• Publish a monthly Agent Outcomes readout across deployments.
• Monitor post-release learning and feed insights back into the roadmap.
