Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Engineer to lead cross‑functional teams delivering AI-powered products. You will oversee foundation model training, inference, guardrails, and governance, and drive optimization for large-scale production AI systems.

You will shape the technical vision for foundational AI systems, attract and mentor top talent, and collaborate with Research, Data, and Platform groups to accelerate model lifecycle and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and a strong AI/ML background.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in CS/AI fields.
• Proven ability to deploy scalable AI solutions across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
