Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/EE with required experience.
- At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
- Strong background in AI/ML with production systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, PMs and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and support of AI software components.
- Make build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
- Invent and introduce foundation model optimization techniques for performance and cost.
- Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for AI systems.
- Attract and retain top talent and mentor engineers/scientists.
- Translate enterprise AI goals into actionable team roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Operationalize Responsible AI with review gates and governance.
- Create collaboration interfaces with Research, Data, and Platform teams to accelerate lifecycle.
