Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer in Corporate Technology–Chief Technology Office to lead architecture and delivery of trusted, scalable AI-enabled platforms. You will contribute production Python code, design ML workflows, and build reusable APIs/SDKs while partnering with data scientists and product teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering.
• Experience in distributed systems and platform services.
• Deep Python experience and API/SDK development.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools and validation standards.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/ECS and Terraform.
• Databricks experience building data/ML workloads.
• SDLC, agile, CI/CD, and quality controls.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on technical leader, contributing production code (Python) and owning end-to-end delivery from design to production.
• Lead system and platform architecture for end-to-end ML workflows and data orchestration.
• Design and develop AI capabilities with evaluation, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Build and maintain APIs/SDKs and reference implementations for platform adoption.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to clarify requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency with SLOs and proactive monitoring.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD using IaC for safe deployments.
• Promote enterprise‑approved AI‑assisted engineering practices and standardized validation.
