Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is hiring a Senior/Principal Systems & Integrations Engineer to design, build, and operate AI integrations across IT systems. You’ll connect large language model platforms to internal services, automate workflows, and support secure deployment for a global workforce.

The role emphasizes identity management, cloud infrastructure, and governance in a regulated gaming environment. It’s a fully remote position based in the United States with flexibility for maintenance windows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems/integrations/platform engineering with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic tooling and AI integration protocols.
• Strong scripting in Python/JavaScript for integrations and automation.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms, app registrations, and authentication flows.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, secrets management, and major providers.
• Familiarity with endpoint management for macOS/Windows fleets.
• Ability to design integrations in regulated environments with audit/compliance in mind.
• Experience with ITSM APIs and building chat-native bot integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI integration platforms and tools.
• Maintain identity and endpoint management tooling and automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security on secure-by-design integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot integration failures across identity, network, and application layers.
• Support governance, audit trails, and regulatory requirements for gaming environments.
