Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior/Principal Systems & Integrations Engineer to design, build, and operate the systems and integrations behind our growing use of AI across the company. This role sits within IT Operations and reports directly to the Director of IT.

You will connect large language model platforms to internal systems, develop automation tooling, and support secure, compliant AI rollout for 1,300+ employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, integrations engineering, or platform engineering with real ownership.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI integration protocols.
• Strong scripting/programming skills for building integrations and internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting LLM platforms and AI tooling to internal systems.
• Own and evolve internal automation bots and agents for IT operations workflows.
