SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Software Engineering to lead and scale AI engineering teams delivering production-grade AI capabilities and customer-facing features. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data to translate strategy into reliable software and platform outcomes.

Your leadership will drive engineering practices, ensure high quality, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or ML engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade software/AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow AI engineering teams delivering production AI capabilities.
• Translate roadmap priorities into technical plans and milestones.
• Establish engineering management practices across planning, quality, and observability.
• Mentor managers and senior ICs to build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Define best practices for AI systems, MLOps, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Infrastructure.
