Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the AI/ML Platform team to lead the W&B Inference product, driving reliability, developer experience, and scalable workloads for real-world AI deployments.

You will partner with Product, CoreWeave engineering, Design, Support, and GTM to ship a polished, production-ready service while guiding the team through cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in engineering leadership of distributed systems or large-scale services.
• Fluent with observability, autoscaling, reliability engineering, API design, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team for the W&B Inference product, focusing on reliability and developer experience.
• Drive roadmap execution with Product to deliver platform capabilities robustly and with measurable impact.
• Own incident response, release management, observability, and engineering quality for the inference productization layer.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to integrate capabilities into a cohesive user-facing product.
• Guide design and delivery of application-layer enhancements such as tracing and tool handling.
• Ensure reliability, usability, and performance while balancing cost and load.
