Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring Software Engineers to design and scale Weave, our observability and evaluation platform for AI agents and GenAI applications. In a small but growing team, you’ll ship core features, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly.

You’ll work with Python and TypeScript, build integrations with agent harnesses, and optimize backend performance for low latency and high volume. Collaboration with AI builders will shape the next generation of AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI agents or AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust and ergonomic APIs.
• Design and build integrations with agent harnesses and SDKs such as Claude Code, Codex, pi.dev, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.
• Scale and improve backend performance to support low-latency, high-volume production use cases.
• Build polished and intuitive features such as online LLM judges, playgrounds, evaluations, labeling, and tracing UX.
• Partner directly with users to understand workflows, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate on solutions.
