Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Engineer in Performance Engineering to own performance challenges on the W&B platform and infrastructure. You will design experiments to improve scalability and latency, develop benchmarking frameworks, and drive regression prevention across product surfaces.

You’ll work with product, infrastructure, and SRE teams to measure, understand, and continuously improve performance, bringing deep technical expertise to cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on performance, scalability, or observability.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript with strong debugging and profiling skills.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and their performance implications.
• Experience designing load testing, benchmarking, or regression frameworks.

Responsibilities
