Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to translate responsible AI agent strategies into repeatable infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines. The role combines hands-on AI platform work with governance, observability, secure deployment, and mentoring across technical teams.

Initial focus includes scalable CI/CD, cloud-platform automation, and cost-security tradeoffs. You will contribute to design reviews, foster best practices, and drive production readiness across multiple teams in

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in engineering with 7+ years on production cloud systems.
• 2–3 years using AI coding tools to automate platform tasks.
• Strong cloud experience with GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
• Auth/OAuth, IAM, RBAC, and secure API access knowledge.
• 4+ years scripting with Python/JavaScript; Linux troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Define standards-based deployment patterns for responsible AI agents and secure runtimes.
• Automate AI platform buildout, release standardization, environment provisioning, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Operate reliable AI platform services with incident response, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate across InfoSec, CloudOps, DevOps to establish guardrails and production readiness.
• Coach engineers, lead design reviews, and guide architecture decisions.
