Job summary

A1 is seeking an ML Platform Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure powering our AI capabilities. You will design and run systems behind the AI stack—from model training and evaluation to deployment, inference, observability, and continuous improvement.

You will work with AI engineers, researchers, and product engineers to turn models into reliable, scalable production systems, building platforms and tooling that enable rapid experimentation and safe shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-grade coding.
• Experience building ML infrastructure, platforms, or production ML systems.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and system reliability.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and operate in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate ML infrastructure and platforms powering AI products.
• Design training, evaluation, deployment, inference, and experimentation systems.
• Develop reliable pipelines for data prep, training, evaluation, and release.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI systems.
• Create observability, monitoring, tracing, and alerting for ML workloads.
