Job summary

Goodie AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of an AI platform, focusing on scalability, speed, and user experience. You will architect front‑end work with React, build robust back‑end infrastructure, and collaborate with Product, Design, and ML teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

You will work across the full stack, employing DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD, and maintaining performant applications while staying current with new AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience building high usage B2B software.
• Proficiency in React for front‑end development with responsive, high‑performance web apps.
• Experience with server‑side languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for ad tech and startup pace.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our AI platform with focus on scalability, speed, and UX.
• Architect and develop front‑end solutions using React for smooth user experiences.
• Implement back‑end infrastructure with speed, scalability, security, and robust API integrations.
• Apply DevOps practices to manage deployment pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to translate designs into interfaces.
• Work with Data Scientists to ensure accurate data collection and use within the platform.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle from coding to testing and debugging.
• Maintain and optimize performance of existing applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and explore integrations to enhance operations.
