Job summary

Raydar seeks an experienced AI Engineer to own the design, build and rollout of a tailored AI solution for a major client. You will work with a distributed engineering team, serve as the technical lead for client integrations, and ensure reliable production deployments in a regulated setting.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years in software engineering, strong Python, ML and system design skills, and a track record delivering live, user-facing AI services. Remote-US friendly, full-time.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development background (backend or full‑stack).
• Experience releasing LLM‑based or agent‑style systems in live environments.
• Experience delivering software to business customers at a high‑growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical build and delivery of a tailored AI solution from design through rollout.
• Collaborate with a remote engineering team and integrate client changes into the shared codebase.
• Own production releases, integrations and reliability of AI systems in a regulated setting.
• Act as the main technical contact for the client’s engineers, including client-facing time.
