Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and operate an AI-powered developer platform that enables automated agents to participate in software development. You will build reproducible development environments, orchestrate multiple AI agents, and integrate workflows with Slack, Jira, GitHub, and observability tools.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software engineering, strong AWS/IaC experience, and hands-on use of AI coding agents.

Qualifikationen

• At least six years of software engineering experience across infra/platform/internal tooling.
• Hands-on AI coding agents usage for the majority of development work.
• Experience coordinating multiple agents and subagents with custom skills.
• Strong AWS and cloud infrastructure experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS, Lambda, IAM).
• IaC with Terraform or AWS CDK; containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to TypeScript and Node.js services within existing codebases.
• Build internal platforms and automation tools with real developer adoption.
• Data-driven evaluation of AI agents and interpreting performance data.
• Autonomy to identify problems and quickly move experiments to production.
• Excellent written communication for collaboration across US and Prague time zones.
• Experience with sandboxed environments using Docker, devcontainers, Kubernetes, Nix.
• Experience building MCP servers or integrations for secure system interactions.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, LLM tracing, and cost tracking observability.

Aufgaben

• AI-powered developer platform design and infrastructure for AI agents in software dev.
• Build reproducible local and cloud development environments for engineers and agents.
• Integrate autonomous coding agents to transform tickets into code changes and PRs.
• Evaluate and orchestrate multiple agents, including triggers and workflows.
• Connect agent workflows to Slack, Jira, GitHub, Datadog and incident platforms.
• Develop cloud infra, containers, CI/CD, and IaC to support reliable agent runs.
• Establish guardrails for data, secrets, and PII; ensure compliance in regulated env.
• Identify root causes for recurring issues and improve workflows.
• Measure agent performance and costs; use telemetry to improve reliability.
• Create reusable agent runtimes and safeguards for broader teams.
• Improve PR cycle times, review latency, and AI-authored PR metrics.
• Collaborate across distributed teams and share progress effectively.
