Envision is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to advance production-grade AI capabilities, platform components, integrations, and automation solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will work with the lead engineer to ensure AI systems are observable, monitored, and operable in production, delivering robust, scalable AI-enabled automation across enterprise apps and data stores.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise AI solutions.
• Evolve RAG, agent-based, and AI workflow solutions under senior leadership.
• Implement AI observability, tracing, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI and automation with enterprise apps, databases, APIs, document repositories, and file-based systems.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, ABBYY OCR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements.
• Identify process gaps, business rule exceptions, and AI/automation risks.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Contribute to solution design, platform standards, and continuous improvement.
