Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Senior Platform Software Engineer (AI Specialist) to own and advance an internal AI orchestration ecosystem. You will design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure and tools enabling full-stack feature teams to integrate agentic AI capabilities.

The role requires leading architecture, building self-service libraries, and ensuring secure, scalable deployment within a hybrid, Arlington-based team. U.S. citizenship and Top Secret/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI agent frameworks, orchestrators, or middleware.
• Familiarity with LangGraph/LangChain and/or PydanticAI.
• Strong prompt management, token optimization, and skill libraries.

Responsibilities

• Own AI infrastructure & orchestration for internal LLM interactions.
• Build self-service tools, client libraries, and abstractions for teams.
• Optimize prompts, embeddings, tests, and guardrails for rapid deployment.
• Drive platform architecture with versioned, independent components.
• Collaborate across UI, API and data models; mentor teams.
