Ancore Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer 2 to act as a senior technical contributor, leading AI/ML architecture design, governance, and enterprise-scale platform modernization. You will guide multi-agent orchestration, model governance, and provide advanced expertise in agentic systems.

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years in software/AI, cloud-native services, and MLOps experience are essential, with DOW 8140 certification and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native AI services and MLOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise AI/ML architectures and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration platforms and autonomous reasoning systems.
• Architect enterprise AI pipelines, vector database solutions, and hybrid knowledge management capabilities.
• Develop AI validation, explainability, model monitoring, and governance tools.
• Establish AI architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and integration patterns.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and technical team members.
