Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Applied AI Acceleration in Atlanta to architect and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will drive a Digital Workforce Ecosystem, orchestrating autonomous AI subagents across campaigns, from planning to real-time optimization.

You will embed governance, observability, privacy, and ethics into production stacks while mentoring engineers and partnering with IT and business teams to deliver high-impact AI workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in software engineering with distributed systems and AI/workflow automation.
• Strong programming foundation in Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience building multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompts, and vector databases.
