Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Learning Innovation Specialist to accelerate AI-powered learning solutions. You will design and build AI workflows, automation pipelines, and learning technologies that speed content production and improve operations.

You will prototype emerging technologies, enable designers with scalable tooling, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact across learning platforms and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in learning tech, AI, or automation.
• Proven ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• 35% AI engineering & automation: design, develop, maintain AI-powered workflows and automation solutions; prototype using LLM APIs and AI platforms.
• 10% Documentation, enablement & knowledge transfer: create SOPs, templates, and reusable assets; simplify guidance for designers and stakeholders.
• 15% Learning data, analytics & performance optimization: design measurement strategies; analyze learner data and platform metrics for improvement.
• 20% Learning innovation & rapid prototyping: research and prototype new learning technologies; develop MVPs demonstrating impact and scalability.
• 20% Learning technology architecture & systems integration: design integrations across LMS, CMS, AI apps; collaborate on system improvements.
