Job summary

Moring in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can bridge deep AI expertise with scalable platform engineering. You’ll own end-to-end AI capabilities, from model access to agent orchestration, while embedding your work with enterprise customers and security requirements.

You have 8–12 years in software, strong AWS, Python, and hands-on AI depth building agents, RAG pipelines, and LLm-powered features. Expect hands-on design reviews, client demos, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Deep AWS expertise: EKS/ECS, Lambda, IAM, networking, and IaC.
• Strong Python and production engineering practices.
• Experience with agent frameworks and major model APIs.
• Practical understanding of LLM behavior and RAG retrieval.
• Experience integrating with enterprise identity/SSO and security constraints.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI capabilities across product and platform layers.
• Design, build, and ship agents, workflows, and LLM-powered features end-to-end.
• Develop effective retrieval with chunking, embedding, vector search, and re-ranking.
• Integrate models/tools via API providers and security controls.
• Deploy in customer environments and embed with client teams.
• Own AWS infrastructure for AI workloads and operate production systems.
• Lead design reviews and guide engineers; mentor juniors.
