Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with requisite experience in AI/ML developments.
• At least 4 years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• 6 years of experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (LLM inference, guardrails, evaluation, observability).
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies including AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch.
• Invent and apply state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques for production systems.
• Contribute to the long-term AI systems roadmap at Capital One.
