Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications powered by LLMs and agentic systems. This fully remote role is based in the United States, with ownership of the complete development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

You will develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, multi-step agents, and integrations with enterprise APIs and cloud services using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience developing agentic AI workflows.
• Proficient in Python with production-grade backend development experience.
• Experience developing LLM-powered apps including prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Strong system design and software architecture skills; cloud-based applications.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation methods focusing on accuracy, latency, cost.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ownership of complex projects.
• Experience in the healthcare insurance payer domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows using Python.
• Develop and implement RAG pipelines using enterprise data, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Build multi-step AI agents capable of planning, executing tasks, using tools, and maintaining memory.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen to orchestrate intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI apps with APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms.
• Establish evaluation strategies for AI systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor and optimize performance focusing on latency and costs.
• Own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment and improvement.
