Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, AI Platform, to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI infrastructure. You will help shape platform components powering inference, AI services, and the broader AI ecosystem, guiding a small team and aligned with mission-driven programs.

The role blends hands-on engineering with leadership, governance, and platform strategy, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across AI platform components.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph; active clearance required, no sponsorship.
• U.S. Citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.
• 12 years of relevant experience with a technical degree; four additional years may substitute for the degree.
• Plus four years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize infrastructure for AI model inference at scale.
• Lead production AI services including RAG, autonomous agents, and AI capabilities.
• Serve as technical lead for AI infrastructure across integrated teams.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and coach assigned team members.
• Define solutions for underspecified systems; set governance and standards.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices across teams.
• Oversee observability, monitoring, and security for AI services.
• Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
