Job summary

Addepar, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join its AI Platform team in New York. You will architect and ship AI-native products, leading end-to-end delivery of core capabilities powering our wealth-tech platform.

You will own LLMs, agentic frameworks, and production-ready AI components, advancing performance, scalability, and reliability while collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Proven experience shipping complex, production-grade AI-native systems.
• Hands-on with modern AI/LLM ecosystems and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, lead, and drive the end-to-end delivery of AI-native products.
• Own core AI platform components including LLMs, agentic systems, and tooling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical capabilities.
• Iterate rapidly based on performance metrics and user feedback.
