The Hartford is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to build and scale our AI platform, accelerating GenAI use cases and enterprise deployment. You will partner with architecture, Cloud, and security teams, delivering scalable, self-service capabilities for internal developers and data scientists.
You will lead POCs, define roadmaps, mentor engineers, and ensure production-grade reliability, security, and cost management across the stack.
Qualifications
